Venerdi is a West Auckland-based family-owned and operated bakery with national distribution, specialising in organic and gluten-free products. For 2008, Venerdi rolled out a new logo, new artwork, new packaging and new product names - re-launching its entire product range of organic gluten-free and spelt baked goods, and at the same time, re-launched its re-designed website.
As well as a range of breads, the Venerdi Gluten-Free range includes an Almond & Orange Cake, fruit biscuits, and pizza base. Venerdi's Spelt range includes ciabatta, sourdough, panini, foccacia stick, and three kinds of bagels.
